Actually, it’s hard to say why a teaching assistant should be given an authority , but there are some reasons why a teaching assistant should be given an authority. First, a teaching assistant will help a teacher to plan teaching and learning activities in a school. A teaching assistant will discuss with a teacher about  teaching and learning activities in a school. If a teaching assistant discusses about  teaching and learning activities with a teacher in a school, of course a teacher will get the best plan of teaching and learning activities in a school and a teacher will be able to teach students well. Second, a teaching assistant will help a teacher in teaching and learning activities. A teaching assistant will help a teacher to teach students in teaching and learning activities. If a teaching assistant helps a teacher to teach students in teaching and learning activities, so it’s unnecesarry for a teacher to repeat the lesson that is given to students twice. Besides that, students will be more understand about the lesson that is given to them, because they are taught by two people. Third, a teaching assistant will help a teacher to finish his task. A teaching assistant will help a teacher to check the assignment that is given to students. In conclusions, a teaching assistant should be given an authority, because a teaching assistant will help a teacher to plan teaching and learning activities in a school, a teaching assistant will help a teacher in teaching and learning activities, and a teaching assistant will help a teacher to finish his task.

Football Versus Soccer

Actually, football and soccer are both played in team, but they differ in position of players and the duration of time. There are some positions in football, those are : Offensive Line (OL) , Quarter Back (QB), Running Back (RB), Wide Receiver (WR), and Tight End (TE). Offensive Line (OL) is a person who has a function to protect the ball thrower. Quarter Back (QB) is a person who has a function to give the ball to Running Back (RB). Running Back (RB) is a person who has a function to receive the ball from Quarter Back (QB). Wide Receiver (WR) is a person who has a function to catch the ball which is thrown by Quarter Back (QB). Tight End (TE) is a person who has a function to protect Quarter Back (QB) and his partners. Those positions are different with soccer. Positions which are in soccer, are : Goalkeeper, Defensive Midfielder, Striker, etc. Goalkeeper is a person who protects the ball from the other team. Defensive Midfielder is a person who defends his area from the other team. Striker is a person who attacks and makes a goal. Besides the positions of players, football and soccer are also different in the duration of time. It’s 2 × 45 minutes for soccer, and 4 × 15 minutes for football. In conclusions, football and soccer are both played in team, but they differ in position of players and the duration of time.

An Ugly Tie 

         Actually, it’s hard to say what makes a tie looks ugly. But, there are several things that can make a tie looks ugly. First, the material of a tie. A tie will look ugly if it is made of weird material, such as : wool. A tie which is made of wool looks as it has been hand-crocheted. Besides that, if you wear a tie which is made of wool, you will look like have a tumor in your neck. Second, the design of a tie. The design of a tie will also influence the appearance of a tie. A tie which has a bad design will make a tie becomes ugly. Besides that, it will make a tie looks cheap. Third, the combination of color. A tie which has the wrong combination of colors will make a tie becomes ugly. Besides that, the wrong combination of colors will make a person who wears it looks older than his real age. In conclusion, there are three things that can make a tie becomes ugly, those are : the material, the  design, and the combination of colors.
